Grog Strongjaw - Critical Role - Geek & Sundry - Take 2
Hello everyone
Just wanted to post a couple of better pictures I took of my Grog Strongjaw miniature. I tinkered a bit with my camera, and realised that I've bee a taking fairly shitty pictured for very long, due to a setting that needed to be disabled..... Sigh. Since I'm shooting on Manual mode with my DLSR camera, I thought that I had control over everything, but sadly this setting kept "correcting" the ISO to 6400 without my knowledge, which always resulted in fairly grainy photos. This has now been fixed :-p it took like 3 years to figure out...yay me.
Anyway! Enjoy some non-grainy photos of my rendition of Grog Strongjaw, the Goliath Barbarian of Vox Machina, in the show Critical Role.

Steyr Pflager Katsumata Series-D Blaster (PKD Blaster) - Blade Runner
Hello everyone
Quick little post today about my just finished, rather alternative painting project. I always loved the PKD Blaster from the movie Blade Runner, but never really had the chance to get a replica of the gun. However earlier this year a water pistol version was released, so when the opportunity to get one fairly cheaply off E-Bay presented itself, I just had to do it.

I've never actually painting a movie prop before, so it was quite an interesting project and I think I got away with it fairly nicely. I would have loved to add some LED's, but the plastic of this watergun was so flimsy, I just didn't dare cut it up. I did however fill it with some sort of plaster, to give it a bit of weight and durability.
Considering this started out as a clear plastic watergun, I'm just so happy with the result :D
I would love to get my hands on a Tomenosuke Replica some day.....some day....

Well back to painting small plastic soldiers again!

Support Squads - Melta/Autocannons - Sons of Horus
Hello everyone
I recently finished the two Support Squads I was working on, so I thought I'd better share some pictures :)
1x Tactical Support Squad (5) - with Meltaguns
1x Tactical Support Squad (5) - with Meltaguns
1x Heavy Support Squad (5) - with Autocannons
Hopefully I will some day bring both of these to 10 man squads, but that is very low on my to-do list :-p
Well hope you like them.

Fire Raptor - Sons of Horus
Hello everyone!
Totally forgot to add some pictures of my most recent finished project, but better late than never!
Totally forgot to add some pictures of my most recent finished project, but better late than never!
I've had this Fire Raptor fully assembled and standing on a shelf for probably nearly 6 months now, so I decided it was time to paint it!
Painting it was nearly as annoying as assembling it :-D so unhandy to handle while painting, but it was the same with the Glaive and Falchion, so nothing I hadn't dealt with before.

The cockpit and pilot is actually painted to the same standard as my normal marines, but no one will ever see it, since the canopy does not come off :-p
The canopy glass was done by airbrushing Tamiya Clear Red directly onto the clear plastic.
Anyway! more pictures.

I'm currently working on a 5 man Tactical Support Squad and a 5 man Heavy Support Squad, slowly getting there.
Until next time!

Falkus Kibre, Captain, 1st Company - Sons of Horus
Hello everyone!
Last post about my most recent finished projects.
I did another Praetor/Centurion for my army and decided to make my rendition of Falkus Kibre from Abaddons 1st. Company. Really love how it turned out.

His left arm is magnetized both at the shoulder and wrist (If I ever decide to paint up some Power Fists) and I painted 3 different melee weapons for him aswell.
The base mini is the Forgeworld Warhammer World/Event limited Terminator Praetor, which I just gave a Justaerin Terminator head and some more weapons.
Anyway have some picutres :p
Until next time
